Some people think that there are certain exercises to lose belly fat, but this is not true. There is no way you can "isolate" the fat on your belly by doing "certain" exercises to lose belly fat, when those exercises to lose belly fat are supposedly specific to losing just belly fat... there is no such thing, there are no such exercises.
The big question most people and myself often ask...
If i am not meant to do exercises to lose belly fat, then what can I do? Why is it, the rest of me is reasonably thin but I have this fat belly?
The answer is simple - Belly fat is always the "last" fat you will lose, when the last of the fat is lost.
For people that want to lose weight, it is important to know that the belly fat is always the last bit of fat that is burned off. You can have thin legs, arms, shoulders... but even when the rest of you is thin, you can have the dreaded belly fat. It is a myth that you could just do exercises to lose belly fat and expect only the fat on your belly to be lost.
People seem to always ask about exercises to lose belly fat, like a certain exercise will somehow burn more fat from your belly than another exercise will - this is simply not the way your body biologically works and functions. Thinking you could do exercises to lose belly fat specifically, would be like expecting your leg muscles to get bigger from working out your arms.
The real answer where exercises to lose belly fat are concerned, is that all cardio exercise will help to lose all the fat, but the belly sadly is always the last part of someone with fat left on it at the end of their diet, assuming they wanted to get thin.
Women hate belly fat because they want to look thin. Men hate belly fat because their abdominal muscles vanish under the fat, never to be seen again.
